  • I am not able to apply coupon code to my order

Coupon codes can be used only for non-discounted products unless specified otherwise. However, orders that are not on discount but qualify for promotional offer, you will be able to apply coupon code.

  • Am I entitled to Free Delivery?

Delivery charges are extra. For a single order of Rs.349 and below delivery charge of INR 29 is applicable. No delivery charges for order above Rs.349.

  • How do you manage to provide chemical-free products?

To provide Chemical-free and non-preservative products is our top priority and is also our mission. We buy fish and seafood caught by small trawlers and country boats that come back to harbour within few hours of fishing. We ensure the fish is transported in well-equipped vehicles and utmost care is taken in processing and maintaining the required temperature till it reaches your door steps.

  • How do I place my order?

We currently deliver in Navi Mumbai and few parts of Mumbai, services to whole of Mumbai and other neighbouring cities will start soon.

To place an order simply click on the picture of the available fish in the home page, choose desired cut and follow the instructions.

  • What are the cut off times for ordering?

We provide next day delivery, please check the delivery slots available at the check-out time.

  • How do you manage to provide it fresh?

We buy seafood from small trawlers and boats that do one day fishing, means the fish comes back to harbour within few hours of fishing. The same catch reaches your home within a few hours of it landing from the sea. We ensure proper handling, preservation, processing and packaging to retain its quality and nutritional attributes.

  • How do I get my delivery on time?

We have our own well managed delivery service, Order will be delivered to you as per the slot selected by you.

  • Where all do you currently supply?

We currently deliver in Navi Mumbai and few parts of Mumbai. Service to other cities and whole of Mumbai is planned in the next 6 months.

  • Can I edit or cancel my order once it is placed?

Order once placed cannot be edited, to avoid inconvenience please review your order before submission. Cancellation of order is possible within Two hours after placing an order by calling 9899080128 or mail us at info@fichmu.com

  • What are the payment options supported?

Fichmu uses trusted CC Avenue payment gateway system, which supports online payment methods like Net Banking, Wallets, Credit cards and Debit cards.

  • Is my credit card/Debit Card information secured on your site?

Yes, your card details are not stored in our system. All online payment transactions are carried by trusted CC Avenue payment gateway system

  • Under what name will my transaction appear on my credit card statement?

Your purchase will be charged under Ourmet Foods.

  • What if the transaction fails while I am paying online using any payment method?

You can re visit fichmu.com site and re-attempt the online payment or convert the order to Cash on Delivery (COD) option. You can also cancel the order if you wish to but instead, we would be happy to serve you.

  • What should I do if an error keeps popping up every time I checkout?

Make sure your billing information is correct. Please recheck the card details you have entered like card number, validity date and CVC security code.

  • I didn’t receive order confirmation email?

As soon as you book your order, confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address registered with Fichmu Account. Please check the junk or spam folder in your email. If you still cannot locate the confirmation, you may log into your Fichmu Account and select 'Order History' to view all of your orders. If the order you placed does not appear, the order was not successfully confirmed. You may also write to us at info@fichmu.com or call us at 9899080128 if you’re experiencing any difficulties in placing and / or confirming your order.

  • Is shopping at www.fichmu.com secure?

Yes, we have received the Global SSL certification that ensures all the payments made to www.fichmu.com are secure.

  • Is it mandatory to register or create an account before making a purchase?

Yes, it’s mandatory.

  • Do you offer refunds?

If you receive your order in damaged condition, you can raise your concerns by reaching out to us at the time of delivery on 9899080128 The refund will reach you in 7-9 working days.

  • Can I track my order?

This convenience will be added to our service offerings soon.

  • Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend placing separate orders for each address.

  • How do I start shopping on my fichmu.com account?

Your e-mail address, Facebook or Google account is all that you require to sign-up and login.

  • I would like to see my previous orders.

You can find your previous order information by logging into your My Account. Choose ’My Orders’ for a list of all successful orders placed under your account.   • I have a quality concern.

  • I cancelled my order which was made using online payment option (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking). How will I get my money back and when?

The account that you used for payment will get credited with the refund amount within 7 to 9 working days.

  • Will I be charged any additional fee for using online payment option?

No.

  • Can I apply multiple coupons or offers on a single order?

No, you cannot club more than one coupon on a single order. Only one offer/coupon is applicable for an order. The free shipping offer on your first order is not applicable if you are availing any other coupon/offer meant for other offers.

  • Can I pay by cheque?

No, we do not accept cheque.

  • The fish I ordered does not look exactly like in the photos published in the website/app?

Please note the size and colour of the fish may or may not resemble the picture shown on

  • My final invoice has a different amount?

A marginal difference in weight is expected during packaging. At the time of packaging if the quantity is lesser than what you have ordered, there will be difference in the invoice amount. In case you have paid online the difference in amount will be refunded online within 7-9 working days.

  • Can I order for a delivery to a different address?

Yes, you can add a new address in your My Account panel. You can add and save as many addresses as you want to.

  • Transaction done, money deducted, but I did not get an order confirmation.

Sometimes due to a technical issue from your bank this type of error occurs. Normally funds are held up by your bank and you should get an automatic refund within 72 hours. However, if you still want to clarify, please contact our team via email at info@fichmu.com or call us at 9899080128.

  • Can I order from your nearest outlet?

We are exclusively an online store, we do not have outlets. You can use our website to place an order.

  • I want to place a bulk order.

Yes, we do take bulk orders. Send us a mail to info@fichmu.com and please specify the product(s), quantity, date and time that you require the order.

  • I want to unsubscribe from fichmu promotional emails and SMS.

Use the unsubscribe button at the footer of your email or send us an email at info@fichmu.com

  • Am I being charged for the wastage too?

In fish market the fish is weighed first and then cutting and cleaning happens on the whole fish that you purchase and thus appears free. We charge you only for the final weight post cutting. Our fish is much larger in final eatable weight than a whole fish.

So, you’re not being charged for the wastage.

  • Is there GST?

All our prices are inclusive of applicable GST.
